RETURN POLICY & INSTRUCTIONS  |  AT TINY JEWEL BOX, WE WANT YOU TO BE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE.

ONLINE ORDER RETURNS

Tiny Jewel Box offers a full refund for all watches (minus the original shipping fees and a $750 re-certification fee for Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watches) if the return is initiated within 7 business days from the date you have received your order in the mail and the following conditions are met:

Returns will be credited in the same way in which they were paid as long as a return is initiated within 7 business days and the above mentioned conditions are met. After 7 business days, only a store credit will be issued for returns.

IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURNS

Tiny Jewel Box offers a full refund for all watches (minus the original shipping fees and a $750 re-certification fee for Rolex Certified Pre-Owned watches) if the return is initiated within 7 business days and the following conditions are met:

In-Store Purchases will be credited in the same way in which they were paid as long as a return is initiated within 7 business days and the above mentioned conditions are met. After 7 business days, only a store credit will be issued for returns.

Purchases made between December 1st and December 24th may be returned for a full refund through January 10th or exchanged through January 31st. We kindly ask that all items be returned in the original and unworn condition.

PROCESSING AN ONLINE RETURN

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization (RA)

Please contact us to start the return process. An RA will NOT be accepted and will be returned to the sender. Return authorization numbers will expire within 10 business days.

Step 2: Shipping an Item Back to Tiny Jewel Box

Please carefully follow the specific return instructions provided once you receive a Return Authorization.

Step 3: Receiving & Processing

Once your order is received, our quality control department will inspect the item. Any items that show signs of wear, have been engraved, altered, or disclosed as non-refundable at time of purchase — returns that do not meet our requirements will be declined and sent back to you.
