RETURNS

Tiny Jewel Box offers a full refund (minus the original shipping fees) if the return is initiated within 7 business days from the date you have received your order in the mail. Product is in new and unworn condition. Accompanied with the original boxes and paperwork. Any missing articles or damaged components will void the eligibility for a refund. Please contact us to start the return process. The customer will be responsible for the full return shipping fees. For your convenience we also offer online returns in the store.

SHIPPING

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please note all orders must be shipped overnight due to the product value and will require a direct signature. We only ship out orders Monday–Thursday.

PLACING ORDERS FOR GOODS

When you place an order, you may be asked to supply information including without limitation: your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and credit card or other payment information. You warrant that any such information you supply to us is true, correct and accurate.

ORDER CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to: goods availability, errors in the description or prices for goods.

ERRORS IN YOUR ORDER

We will not accept responsibility for You if there is an error on Your Order due to fraudulent or unauthorized use of Your credit card.
